On behalf of the Strata Company, we prepare and distribute quarterly levy statements. These statements are issued directly to the lot owners to ensure that the Strata Company keeps a steady cash flow. You have multiple payment options provided by DEFT.
Arrears Management
We actively encourage strata schemes to keep a steady and predictable cash flow. On a monthly basis, we monitor levies in arrears and take fair action in line with the Strata Company instructions. We seek clear communication and practical solutions prior to debt collection agency intervention.
