Access your building’s important documents in one convenient online library. With a built-in search function, you can quickly find the information you need with just a few clicks.
Chat & Messaging
Communicate directly with key stakeholders, including owners, Council Members, your Strata Manager and Building Manager.
Building Noticeboard
A secure, central location for important notices, announcements and updates, ensuring owners have easy access to the latest information about their building.
Invoice Management
View and discuss invoices with other authorised stakeholders. Each invoice includes an activity log, providing transparency over actions and discussions. Where applicable, nominated invoice approvers will also have access to functionality to review and approve invoices.
Maintenance Jobs
Track maintenance requests and quote requests for your building in real time. Council Members can manage maintenance matters from start to finish, including reviewing and approving quotes through to monitoring invoices and payment.
