SVN | Strata has a long established reputation in the management of strata properties, tracing its roots to Eaton Asset Management which was established in the 1980’s and was acquired by SVN’s directors in 2006, making us one of the oldest strata management companies in the state.

We look after a wide range of strata titled buildings from small group dwellings to high rise residential complexes as well as commercial buildings from factory units to strata titled shopping centres. No complex is too large or small for our team to facilitate the maintenance and reporting in line with relevant strata title legislation.

Our staff are recruited for their expertise and experience. They are supported by a well-resourced and extensive administration department, guaranteeing our Strata Managers can allocate their time and resources to ensuring every conceivable avenue is explored to ensure that your property is well maintained.

We are well equipped to take over management of existing complexes and have also worked closely with many Western Australian development companies to assist them with the establishment of the Strata Company following building completion.

In our capacity as strata managers, we ensure strata company compliance with the various statutory requirements of the Strata Titles Act and related legislations and our staff are continually training to ensure that we are aware of the latest developments in the industry.

Our Services

Accounting Services:

  • Collection of levies and other amounts due on the strata company
  • Pay all rates, taxes and other disbursements from the levies raised
  • Manage the financial requirements of the strata company including lodgement of tax returns, debt collection and auditing requirements

 

Insurance Management:

  • Sourcing of quotations and insurance documentation for renewal
  • Lodgement and management of insurance claims
  • Authorised representative of insurance agencies to provide information on their behalf

Meeting Facilitation:

  • We will liaise on your behalf to book and organise venues for meetings
  • Additionally, meeting rooms are available to be booked within our office to provide properties with a neutral and professional setting
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and notices of all meetings, convene & hold the meetings, and maintain the minute books

 

Strata Plan & By-law Advice:

  • We will review current By-laws and provide recommendations as necessary
  • Co-ordinate the adding or changing of the scheme’s By-laws

Routine Maintenance:

  • We will verify, maintain, and update the compliances and insurances of your contractors to ensure that the best service is provided
  • We can provide the services of our certified and qualified trade contacts, who are experienced in differentiating between which repairs form part of common property or which are the individual owner’s responsibility

After Hours Emergency:

  • We offer an after-hours contact number, in case of emergencies, tradespersons are on hand to attend to urgent repairs that require prompt action and cannot be delayed
  • The after-hours emergency service is manned by an experienced team. This team can determine urgent and non-urgent jobs, ensuring that the strata scheme do not have to pay after hour rates for jobs which can be referred for normal business hours
